What about us?

Pennellope built up a reputation behind the espresso machine for many years in Moab.  She had a hunger to start her own spot someday.

Wes wrenched on bikes for many years in Moab longing for a great breakfast burrito.

The two took the leap in 2008 and opened up the Love Muffin Cafe to satisfy their love for food and to bring great housemade food to Moab.

We have always had one goal and that is to keep everything made in house with as much local produce and product that we possibly can. Scratchin it out daily is our motto.
